When I was planning my wedding I had no idea what to expect from my maid of honor. She is my best friend but she is also a little eccentric. She planned my bridal shower perfectly and she even took time to make be a very special gift. She made a no sew fleece blanket for us and it is one of my favorite presents from the event.

The west coast has many pretty towns with terrific views of the Pacific Ocean. One such town is Mendocino California. It is an intimate community of just 824 residents, counted in the 2000 census. The surrounding Mendocino County has lovely scenery and the area is a popular tourist destination. San Francisco citizens like to make a weekend retreat here.
Though women are the largest part of the target market when it comes to skin care products, men are becoming more important in this industry. Though not all men care about their skin, there are many more who are finding they want to look younger and take care of their skin. Though men skin care has been around for a while, there seem to be more and more lines coming out just for them. The reason for this is because men’s skin is different, and they something need something made just a little differently than products for women. This is not always the case though.
Though things are not as bad as they used to be for me, there was a time in life when I missed a lot of work because of extreme pain associated with my period. Though every woman has some sort of cramps, discomfort, and pain during their period, I was almost incapacitated for an entire day at least one day out of each month. It seemed that no matter what I did for menstrual cramp relief nothing every worked for me. I would lose one day of work each month because I could barely walk due to the pain and the fatigue.
As a jeweler, I have always been fascinated by the different trends in men’s wedding bands. You see, selling men wedding bands is much more difficult than selling them to women. This might seem odd at first – after all, for every womans wedding band, there is a man’s one to go with it, right? Well, in fact it isn’t that simple. It is true that, on average, a jeweler will sell men wedding rings in equal number to those sold to women, but the man always have a harder time picking things out.
Don’t get me wrong when I say this, but I’m not exactly an IM nut. Sure, I enjoy an occasional instant messenger chat with my brother, who lives 600 miles away, but I don’t get all the conversing people do via the web. I’m referring to the complete stranger chats and random conversations. Folks who don’t even know each other are chatting on a whim. It’s simply bizarre to me. Actually I don’t even know if it should be aloud for individuals under the age of 18. God knows who some of these young, innocent kids are speaking with all too freely. I dread the notion of my child chatting with total strangers.
We are a race of people who are corrupted by our media. Just to be clear, I’m not bashing per say, but rather making a point. We worship celebrities and beautiful people. It’s amusing just how far your looks can take you. If you have the right image, you can even get paid for it. Check out the infinite beautiful people on television, clothing ads, and magazine covers. We’re consistently encouraged to worship them. They’re what’s talked about so frequently via all forms of media. It’s no wonder that every young male and female want to be a model. They want that level of acceptance. They assume once a legitimate model agency signs them, they’re officially beautiful. But, how difficult is it to penetrate this high-end business?
Hopefully, if you have a daughter, there will only be one time when you are the mother of the bride. This will be a special day for you, and your daughter will be relying on your for support, even if she does not say as much with words. You may find that she is leaning on her friend for a lot of things, but your presence will be all of the comfort that she needs. The mother of the bride is often more of a position of honor, but all moms and daughters know what is really going on.
