What Are Some Good Remedies For Gas?
Last weekend I decided it was time to have a good movie night, so I went out and rented “Nacho Libre”. Have you seen this one before? Anyway, there’s a scene in it where Nacho (Jack Black) is attempting to catch a guy whole stole some corn chips from him. Just as he was about to leap into action he lets out a giant fart! Obviously this gives the corn chip thief the heads up on his position and his plan is thwarted. You’ve probably seen similar jokes used in a lot of other movies and TV shows, it’s not entirely original, but I still find myself cracking up laughing. Maybe I still get a cheap laugh out of it because it hits close to home. In real-life it’s not usually as funny to be around a person when they let rip, worse still if you accidentally belt one out! Luckily, there a quite a few remedies for gas out there which have proven to be quite effective.

Because it is one of the few natural remedies for gas, Beano is commonly recommended. I usually opt for a natural treatment when I have the choice. There are of course other ways to avoid gas. A lot of it has to do with your diet. Passing gas is completely natural, and it’s no big secret that everyone does it, it’s just the amount that can become a problem. If you’re doing it all day long and it’s affecting other people then you really need to employ one of the remedies for gas. In terms of your diet, some of the worst culprits are beans, onions, fatty fast foods and quite often eggs. If you’ve got an important social event coming up then you might want to steer clear of these types of food. This will reduce the risk of an embarrassing, smelly situation.
If you do end up farting in a public place, the best technique to get away with it is to completely deny it was you until the end. Don’t go out of your way to try and prove it wasn’t you, that will only implicate you further. Just try and ignore it as best you can. If it’s happening more often than you’d like, seek out remedies for gas and make sure you put them into practice.
